Shipping Policy
- We strive to deliver all the orders within 5-10 working days to you depending on the pincode,in the best condition.
- No shipping charges are applicable for all prepaid orders above 299.We charge prevailing Cod charges for all Cash on Delivery orders.
- Delivery times may take a little bit longer in case of extreme bad weather conditions, festive season, political disruptions or reasons beyond our control.
- In case we expect a delay due to some unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you through your submitted mail id and/or phone number.
Exchange & Return Policy
- Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
- The return for exchange request is only accepted if the product is defective, improper printing and/or not as per the actual order placed.
- Important - The actual print colors/size on the Tee shirts may appear different from what you see on the computer monitor or Phone screen. This will not be considered a valid reason for replacement.
- If you have received a defective product, send us images and raise a return request on our email id connect@motohog.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, to raise a return/exchange request. The same can also be done at Whatsapp number 9560061757.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in cases where we are unable to schedule pick-ups.
- We will share with you the shipping address after going thru your request.
To ensure that the returns for wearable like T-Shirts, leather vests etc are not due to size issues, please refer to the Size Chart available before making your purchase.
Refunds Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Once we have received the products and quality check is done, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- The product amount will be credited back to your account within 7-10 working days to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
